About the role
Acddirect is looking for a Junior Account Executive to join their team in a full-time capacity. This role serves as an entry point into the account management field, where the successful candidate will support senior team members in managing client relationships on a daily basis. The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for assisting with daily account operations, contributing to client communication, and learning the internal processes that drive client satisfaction and business growth at Acddirect. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in account management and wants hands-on experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do
- Support senior account executives in managing existing client accounts and relationships on a daily basis.
- Assist with the preparation of account plans, status reports, and client-facing presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Monitor client accounts for any issues or concerns and escalate when necessary to the right team.
- Help maintain accurate records of client interactions, notes, and account activity in the CRM system.
- Participate in client meetings and calls to gain direct exposure to account management workflows.
- Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at improving client retention and overall satisfaction.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and proper setup.
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling initiatives.
- Perform administrative tasks related to account management, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Track client account performance metrics and help prepare summary reports for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure client needs are communicated internally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Basic understanding of account management principles and standard client relationship practices is expected.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard office software applications and a willingness to learn CRM platforms quickly.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate records and thorough documentation.

- Minimum of zero to one year of relevant experience in a client-facing or sales support role.
