You will own the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, acting as a central hub for planning, execution, and standardization across all global regions. This position requires a deep understanding of campaign strategy to ensure that every initiative is meticulously planned and consistently executed. You will be responsible for driving alignment and efficiency across diverse marketing teams, from Digital and Lifecycle to Events and SDR. The role is critical in building the frameworks and tools that enable scalable and repeatable campaign execution. Ultimately, you will empower the organization to launch impactful campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do
Manage the integrated marketing calendar and demand plans for all segments and regions, ensuring global coverage and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee and maintain the global campaign messaging framework to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand standards across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with Campaign Managers to create and update comprehensive integrated marketing plans, including objectives, target audiences, messaging, timelines, KPIs, and execution needs.
Ensure all active campaign details are centralized, current, and accessible in a single source of truth for easy retrieval and reference.
Facilitate alignment among stakeholders and delivery teams, manage dependencies, and proactively address resource and execution challenges to keep campaigns on track.
Coordinate execution across Digital, Lifecycle, Events, SDR, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign launches.
Monitor campaign readiness, execution progress, and performance against pipeline and go-to-market objectives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Develop campaign toolkits, playbooks, templates, and enablement materials for regional teams to ensure consistent execution and adherence to best practices.
Partner with Campaign Managers and Field Marketing to build scalable regional activation plans that allow for local adjustments while maintaining global coherence.
Lead campaign enablement and training sessions to encourage adoption across regions and ensure all teams are equipped to execute effectively.
Champion AI within Integrated Marketing, identifying strategic opportunities to apply AI in planning, execution, reporting, localization, and field enablement to enhance efficiency.
Create and maintain a centralized repository of AI prompts, workflows, templates, and playbooks for various marketing teams to leverage in their campaigns.
Develop AI-driven campaign planning frameworks designed to speed up campaign creation, reduce launch times, and improve execution consistency across the organization.
Empower regional and field marketing teams to utilize AI for campaign personalization, local messaging adaptation, and scaled execution with limited resources and budget.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Analytics to explore and implement AI solutions for forecasting, campaign insights, and performance optimization to drive better outcomes.
Promote rapid experimentation by using AI to create, test, and refine campaign messaging, channels, audiences, and creative variations at scale and speed.
Evaluate new AI tools and agents to identify capabilities that enhance marketing productivity, effectiveness, and the overall candidate and customer experience.
Define and track AI adoption and productivity metrics across the marketing organization to measure the impact and ROI of AI initiatives.
Manage the completion of campaign scorecards, QBRs, and executive updates, utilizing AI for reporting automation where possible to streamline the process and improve accuracy.
Work with functional teams to gather channel-specific campaign results, analyze performance, and translate findings into actionable insights for future initiatives.
Support Campaign Managers in conducting post-campaign reviews, documenting learnings, and communicating priorities and execution readiness to stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience in campaign operations, integrated marketing, demand generation, program management, or project management, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
A strong and comprehensive understanding of B2B demand generation and integrated campaign execution across multiple channels and regions.
Demonstrated success in managing complex cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and driving projects to completion.
Experience in developing campaign playbooks, enablement programs, or field marketing resources that empower teams to execute effectively.
Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing productivity, scale processes, and accelerate execution in a B2B environment.
Proficient communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
A data-driven approach with a focus on process improvement, experimentation, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
