- Lead and develop a team comprising Customer Success Managers, Renewal Managers, and Specialists, promoting a culture centered on accountability and exceptional performance.
- Advocate for the integration of AI tools to optimize workflows, enhance customer insights, and boost overall team productivity.
- Implement strategies aimed at customer retention and growth, tailored for both high-touch enterprise clients and scaled mid-market accounts.
- Serve as a product expert on AI-driven email security solutions, providing guidance to both customers and internal teams.
- Act as a key escalation point, working closely with product and engineering teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in service delivery and product offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer success initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure the team is well-versed in product updates and best practices.

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the enterprise SaaS sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a SaaS environment, specifically managing a Customer Success team.
- Proven track record of managing mid-market or tech-touch accounts with a strong emphasis on renewals and expansion efforts.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, with a knack for translating data metrics into actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-25% of the time as required by business needs.
- Competitive base salary range: $159,840 - $188,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
