You will own the entire inbound call, guiding the conversation from initial concern to a clear next step. This position requires you to interpret family needs and translate them into customized senior care options that feel manageable. What you'll do
Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options, delivering an exceptional experience aligned to our company mission.
Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, working an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence.
Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families to understand their unique challenges and goals.
Educate families on customized senior care options, and work to find the senior living communities and home care providers that best match their needs.
Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers once you successfully complete the 4 week new hire training program.
Refer families out to appropriate communities and coordinate the necessary paperwork to move the process forward.
Schedule tours for families with community partners, ensuring alignment between family expectations and available availability.
Drive move-ins by maintaining consistent follow-up and removing barriers to commitment for hesitant families.
Track all interactions within the internal CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and continuity of care planning.
Meet daily production benchmarks for inbound calls and outbound return calls to maintain high performance standards.
Requirements
Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center environments.
History of exceeding sales targets through consistent effort and strategic follow-up.
Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take detailed notes on the computer.
Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including proficient use of Word and Excel.
Ability to learn and navigate the internal CRM system to document client interactions accurately.
Strong verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and compassionately to families.
Professional phone demeanor that conveys confidence and calmness during sensitive conversations.
Reliability and punctuality to ensure you are available for your assigned shift and handle call volume.
Practical notes
You will work a 40-hour work schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Schedules are set based on business needs, and may include regularly scheduled evenings and weekends, along with some holiday shifts during the year.
