What you'll do

• Conduct thorough cleaning of vehicles, both inside and out, to ensure they are in pristine condition for customers.
• Utilize specialized tools and products to effectively wash, wax, and polish vehicles, enhancing their appearance and protecting the paint.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery, ensuring a fresh and clean interior environment.
• Clean and condition leather seats and surfaces, maintaining the quality and longevity of the materials.
• Apply protective coatings to paint and other surfaces to safeguard against environmental damage.
• Inspect vehicles for any imperfections or damage, reporting findings to the service department for necessary repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of detailing tasks.
• Assist in managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
• Engage with customers when necessary, providing information about detailing services and addressing any inquiries.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and techniques in vehicle detailing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of automotive care and maintenance is an asset.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

• Certification in automotive detailing or related training programs.
• Experience with specialized detailing equipment and products.
