Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Defense Studies, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in defense analysis, weapons systems development, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of military operations and weapon systems, with the ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience with data analysis software and tools, such as Excel, MATLAB, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracts and security clearance requirements.
