What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of pricing strategies and proposal submissions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, finance, and business development, to gather necessary data for proposal preparation.
• Develop and maintain pricing models that reflect market conditions, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures.
• Lead negotiations with clients and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing analysis, proposal evaluation, or a similar role within a government contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, market analysis, and financial modeling techniques.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with pricing software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with government contracting regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
