Senior Developer, Admin Workflows
Job description
About the role
Join our team to build essential administrative tools that simplify how businesses manage 1Password. You will focus on creating intuitive workflows for administrators, enabling widespread adoption and efficient organization-wide security. This position places you at the center of architectural decision-making where your code will directly impact how large organizations control and deploy critical security infrastructure. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex administrative features from initial discovery through production deployment and ongoing optimization. The role demands a balance of technical excellence and pragmatic execution as you translate ambiguous business problems into robust, scalable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure every feature aligns with the broader product vision and security standards. Your contributions will be visible across the platform as you design systems that handle real-world scale and complexity. If you are passionate about building the foundational layers that empower administrators, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
