Requirements
- Proven experience managing a team of engineers.
- Extensive background in cloud-native infrastructure and backend technologies; ability to engage in technical discussions is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, supportive, and challenging team environment.
- Experience in driving project execution and developing roadmaps for future initiatives.
- A track record of scaling both teams and the services they manage.
- Experience leading a remote team.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, auto-scaling, runtime performance tuning, automation tools, GitOps for continuous delivery, and policy enforcement.
