About the role
This position manages contract renewals within the commercial segment to support our cloud security operations. You will work within our global sales organization to maintain customer partnerships and ensure high-volume transaction success. The role requires ownership of the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of commercial accounts, balancing operational precision with relationship stewardship. You will leverage artificial intelligence to streamline repetitive tasks and elevate the quality of interactions with customers and internal stakeholders. Collaboration is central to this position, as you act as a bridge between finance, sales, and customer success teams to align on objectives. Success in this role is defined by consistent renewal execution, accurate documentation, and the ability to identify incremental growth opportunities. You will contribute directly to the reliability of our revenue streams while reinforcing trust with our partner ecosystem. This is a hands-on role that values process discipline, transparency, and measurable impact in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

What you'll do
- Oversee the renewal process for commercial accounts with $50K or less in annual recurring revenue, ensuring accuracy and timely execution from initiation to closure.
- Maintain high satisfaction levels for both end customers and partners during the renewal cycle by serving as the primary point of contact and addressing concerns proactively.
- Coordinate with internal groups including Deal Desk, Pricing, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Account Executives to align on terms, approvals, and go-live activities.
- Utilize AI tools to manage daily tasks and improve workflow efficiency, reducing manual effort and minimizing the risk of errors in repetitive processes.
- Transition legacy contracts to current SKUs with meticulous attention to detail, preserving contractual integrity and compliance throughout the migration.
- Identify upsell opportunities for Account Executives by analyzing usage patterns, expiration timelines, and historical engagement data within the portfolio.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to renewal velocity, win rate, and stakeholder satisfaction to support continuous improvement of the process.
- Maintain organized records of all renewal discussions, decisions, and outcomes in accordance with internal governance and audit requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring that risks are communicated clearly and resolved efficiently.
- Support ad hoc requests related to contract analysis, reporting, and special projects that strengthen the overall effectiveness of the commercial renewal function.
Requirements
- Experience in high-volume renewals, sales, or account management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Ability to handle large quantities of concurrent transactions while meeting financial targets and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Proven track record of integrating AI tools to augment problem-solving and productivity in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for fast-paced environments, with the capacity to prioritize work based on impact and urgency.
- Ability to build relationships across internal departments and channel partners to facilitate smooth execution of renewal activities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with contract terms, pricing structures, and SKU configurations.
- Comfort working within systems that support sales operations, contract management, and data tracking for audit and reporting.
- Willingness to comply with all company policies related to security, privacy, and data handling in every interaction.
