What you'll do
Shape and guide an Enterprise Level Sales team to reinforce brand consistency and messaging for enterprise clients.
Generate revenue growth and support sales account executives in reaching goals, contributing to quota attainment and business objectives.
Evaluate candidates during hiring and interviews to build a sales team aligned with enterprise standards and needs.
Partner with Learning and Development to design and maintain enterprise training that strengthens team capability and performance.
Analyze growth and trends using Salesforce reports and forecasting tools to inform planning and decision making.
Instill pride in work quality and attention to detail so that client trust and operational excellence are upheld.
Develop relationships with enterprise leaders at large employers to broaden market presence and create new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
Bring 5 or more years managing an Enterprise Level Sales team with a record of sustained performance and team development.
Communicate expectations and feedback tactfully to team members and sales leaders, even in complex situations.
Show documented sales success prior to management, with evidence of exceeding targets and driving results.
Lead through change while maintaining or exceeding team performance standards under guidance.
Use Salesforce, Google, and Microsoft Office suite to handle pipelines, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Work and manage remotely while accommodating a travel commitment of 50% to 75%, with noted exceptions in minimum qualifications.
