Contract Solutions Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will integrate with a banking client during the proof-of-value or implementation phase of their engagement. Your primary responsibility is to translate complex product requirements into precise functional configurations on the client's platform. You will act as the vital bridge between stringent regulatory banking needs and the live services that must satisfy them. This involves meticulously documenting your configuration progress and producing concrete evidence of implementation. You will also be responsible for identifying and clearly reporting any platform issues or gaps back to the core engineering team. Your work will ensure that technical solutions remain aligned with strict financial compliance standards. You will leverage your expertise to resolve intricate problems that arise in regulated environments. Ultimately, your contributions will directly enable the successful delivery and deployment of banking solutions to production.
