What you'll do

• Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable platform solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL, and experience in optimizing database performance.
• Proven track record of leading software development projects from conception to deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
