You will own the end-to-end financial operations strategy for DragonPay, driving the execution of fund management and liquidity planning across the region. You will lead the FX and Cash Management teams, ensuring all customer funds are handled with absolute accuracy and compliance. You will act as the key liaison between DragonPay and the broader Xendit finance organization to harmonize operational best practices. Your work will directly underpin the reliability and speed of payment infrastructure serving thousands of businesses across Southeast Asia. What you'll do
Analyze and oversee all fund flows and liquidity requirements for DragonPay to build a robust, operationally efficient strategy.
Enhance existing liquidity management frameworks to ensure cost-effective and streamlined operations across the Xendit ecosystem.
Execute end-to-end cross-border transactions, paying close attention to FX rates, settlement timelines, and reconciliation accuracy.
Reconcile transaction data meticulously to guarantee that all movements of customer funds are fully accounted for and transparent.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, actionable operational workflows and controls.
Leverage large datasets and advanced data analysis to monitor performance, identify anomalies, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and lead a high-performing financial operations team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance management for 6-8 direct reports.
Implement rigorous standards and quality checks to ensure all manual and automated operations meet an extremely high level of reliability.
Challenge the status quo by identifying procedural gaps and proposing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
Work closely with the Xendit Head of FinOps to align regional strategies and ensure DragonPay practices are integrated seamlessly.
Utilize SQL and visualization tools such as Looker to extract insights, track key metrics, and present findings to leadership.
Maintain strong communication with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on operational procedures and timelines.
Ensure all work is completed under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy, prioritising tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Take ownership of process documentation and standard operating procedures to create a scalable and repeatable operational framework.
Requirements
Graduate of Management, Accounting, Finance, or a similar course, with 6-8 years of relevant experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment within payments, fintech, or financial services.
At least 3 years of proven experience in cross-border operations and foreign exchange (FX) management.
Experience managing a Finance or Financial Operations team of 6-8 people, including mentoring and performance feedback.
Able to dive deep into the details of operations to identify root causes and implement efficient, effective solutions.
Comfortable analyzing large datasets and using data analysis tools to derive actionable insights.
Demonstrated history of pushing operational standards upward and refusing to accept subpar processes.
You can prioritize workloads accurately and maintain composure while working effectively under strict time pressure.
You are a collaborative team player who communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
You possess a strong ownership mentality, capable of driving initiatives forward independently with minimal supervision.

You are located in Manila and able to commute daily to the DragonPay office in Marikina.
Nice to have
Experience working directly with banks or large financial institutions to streamline payment and settlement processes.
Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization platforms like Looker to build reports and dashboards.
At least 3 years of specialized experience in cash management or treasury operations within a financial services context.

The role is based in Manila, Philippines, requiring daily travel to the DragonPay office in Marikina.
