What you'll do

• Execute the full lifecycle management of technical incidents, overseeing intake, diagnosis, remediation, and closure for communication infrastructure.
• Monitor and preserve the integrity of systems handling Distributed Network Intelligence (DNI) and voice-over-IP technologies to ensure continuous operations.
• Optimize Data Relay Networks (DRN), focusing specifically on the management and enhancement of voice and FAX communications pathways.
• Implement and adjust system configurations in strict adherence to government access protocols and architectural standards to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with domestic and international support teams to guarantee seamless coverage across all operational shifts, including day, swing, and mid-shift rotations.
• Develop detailed scripts and system queries that provide real-time visibility into the status and health of communication pathways.
• Collaborate closely with security office personnel to validate that every access modification aligns with established security guidelines and protocols.
• Conduct rigorous data validation procedures to confirm that intelligence products are transmitted to users without any corruption or degradation in quality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all actions, procedures, and findings to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and institutional memory.
• Support continuous collection, processing, and transmission of essential information, ensuring that vital data flows uninterrupted to decision-makers.
• Serve as the first line of defense for system availability, proactively identifying potential issues before they impact front-end platforms.
• Adapt to demanding and unpredictable schedules, demonstrating flexibility and resilience within a 24x7 command and control watch center environment.
• Work extended shifts, including weekends and holidays, to uphold the operational readiness of critical communication networks.
• Utilize technical expertise to analyze complex problems and devise efficient, secure solutions under tight operational constraints.
• Contribute to the overall mission success by ensuring that SIGINT development activities meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen, as federal law mandates this status for the position.
• Must provide proof of United States citizenship as a non-negotiable requirement for selection consideration.
• Must currently hold a Top Secret/Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance with a polygraph adjudication.
• Must possess the ability to adapt to demanding and unpredictable schedules inherent in a 24x7 operational environment.
• Must demonstrate flexibility and reliability, which are core components of success in this watch center environment.
• Must be capable of working rotating shifts, including days, swing shifts, and mid-shift assignments.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required to maintain continuous operational coverage.
• Must comply with all government access protocols and architectural standards governing system configurations.
• Must have the capability to process and validate data to ensure intelligence integrity and prevent corruption.
• Must be able to create detailed documentation for all technical actions and system changes.

Practical notes

This role requires United States citizenship and a Top Secret/Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph. The position operates on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support 24x7 mission continuity. The compensation range is $83,798.00 to $118,828.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
