The total compensation package for this role is valued at $152,931.00 annually. This structure includes a base salary of $132,931.00, supplemented by a performance bonus of $5,000.00. An additional benefit is a 20% SEP IRA contribution, which is incorporated into the overall financial package. This combination is designed to reward high performance while supporting long-term financial stability.
