Bamboohr is seeking a dedicated Mill Safety Trainer to join our team in Red Lake, Ontario. What you'll do
- Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for mill employees, focusing on equipment operation, hazard recognition, and emergency response procedures.

- Collaborate with management to develop safety policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements
- Proven experience in safety training, preferably in a mining or milling environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a related role.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and standards applicable to milling operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to assess safety performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficient in using safety management software and tools for tracking training and compliance metrics.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
