About the role
The serves as the primary technical liaison between our product and enterprise customers, owning the end-to-end delivery of complex integrations. You will manage technical delivery for strategic accounts from discovery through production and adoption, ensuring that each implementation aligns with both customer expectations and our product vision. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to identify operational bottlenecks and technical needs, translating their pain points into actionable technical solutions. You will architect and implement custom integrations, workflows, and product extensions that address immediate deployment needs while considering long-term platform scalability. A core part of this role involves writing production-grade code for backend, frontend, and automation systems to build robust and reliable features. You will provide technical guidance to customers to ensure long-term success and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will report field insights and user feedback to influence the core product roadmap, helping our internal Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership teams make informed decisions. This position requires balancing the urgency of customer demands with the strategic evolution of our platform, converting custom deployment patterns into reusable product features that benefit the entire ecosystem.

What you'll do
- Manage technical delivery for strategic accounts from discovery through production and adoption, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
- Work directly with enterprise customers to identify operational bottlenecks and technical needs through in-depth discovery sessions.
- Architect and implement custom integrations, workflows, and product extensions that solve specific customer challenges.
- Write production-grade code for backend, frontend, and automation systems, ensuring high quality and maintainability.
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable technical roadmaps that align with product capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership teams to coordinate solutions and share feedback.
- Balance immediate deployment needs with long-term platform scalability to ensure solutions are both effective and sustainable.
- Convert custom deployment patterns into reusable product features that can be leveraged across similar customer scenarios.
- Provide technical guidance to customers to ensure long-term success and help them maximize the value of our platform.
- Report field insights and user feedback to influence the core product roadmap, driving data-informed product decisions.
- Conduct technical design sessions with customers to propose solutions that meet their unique operational requirements.
- Perform code reviews and pair programming with internal engineering teams to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
- Document technical processes and integration patterns to support both customers and internal teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and providing timely resolutions to critical customer problems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in robotics, computer vision, machine learning, data science, or model building, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and API integrations across various systems.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects in fast-paced environments while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Experience in direct, technical customer-facing roles where you have interacted with enterprise stakeholders.
- Ability to transition quickly from prototyping to production deployments, ensuring solutions are robust and scalable.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling clear articulation of complex concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate rapidly changing priorities in a high-growth startup environment.
