About the role
The is responsible for orchestrating the remote setup of new restaurant and retail partners on the Wolt platform. This role acts as the primary remote contact, conducting all communication predominantly in German to ensure partners understand the platform requirements and procedures. The coordinator focuses on the accurate entry and maintenance of menu data and system information to provide a solid foundation for partner success. Close collaboration with German Merchant teams based in Budapest is essential to align processes and resolve any setup issues efficiently. The position requires a high level of ownership over the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring partners are fully operational and confident on the platform. Success in this role is defined by the smooth transition of partners from signup to active selling with minimal friction. Requirements
A bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role.
Fluent German is required in both written and spoken communication for remote partner interactions.
