Your Role in Shaping AI

We are seeking talented individuals to join our global network of language professionals. In these remote, freelance-based roles, you will own the entire human contribution cycle for AI training data. From initial intake to final delivery, you will guide content with precision and care, making critical quality decisions that directly impact AI performance.

Your work will be task-based, offering the flexibility to manage projects around your schedule. You will be an independent contributor in a vibrant, supportive community. Key responsibilities include:

• Laying the groundwork for language data projects, ensuring all requirements are clear and ready for execution.
• Performing detailed annotation on language data for Korean, Chinese, or both.
• Creating and refining prompt creation guidelines to ensure AI behavior is accurate and reliable.
• Evaluating the quality of machine-transliterated lyrics, specifically Korean to Chinese (Simplified).
• Assessing lyrical output for meaning, fluency, and naturalness.
• Identifying and correcting errors in script conversion from Korean to Chinese.
• Assigning quality ratings based on predefined criteria to ensure consistency.
• Providing feedback that helps refine automated transliteration systems.

What We Are Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in Korean.
• Native or near-native fluency in Chinese (Simplified).
• Proficient English skills, both written and spoken, for clear communication and instruction comprehension.
• Comfort with digital tools and a proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the stamina to maintain focus across large volumes of content.
• A curious and adaptable mindset, eager to engage with the intersection of language and technology.
• Previous experience in translation, localization, or linguistic evaluation is a plus, though not mandatory.

Geographic Scope and Engagement

We welcome candidates from a wide range of countries, including but not limited to China, South Korea, and the United States. This is a freelance, ongoing opportunity with a flexible schedule. For select projects, we offer a learning incentive: contributors who complete 10 hours of work in their first week may receive a reimbursement for one hour of their evaluated time as part of our learning program.
