What you'll do

• Conduct detailed annotation of language data, ensuring high fidelity to source materials and strict adherence to project guidelines.
• Evaluate the quality of AI outputs against rigorous criteria, identifying inconsistencies and proposing improvements based on observed patterns.
• Create and refine prompts that guide model behavior, testing variations to determine the most effective structures for desired outcomes.
• Analyze project requirements to extract precise task instructions, translating ambiguous requests into concrete action steps.
• Monitor project workflows to track progress and flag potential bottlenecks before they impact timelines or quality.
• Apply cultural and linguistic expertise to preserve context, avoiding literal translations that could distort meaning or intent.
• Verify data accuracy through systematic checks, comparing outputs against source documents and confirming alignment with client specifications.
• Document recurring issues and edge cases, providing clear reports that help improve training datasets and system performance.

Requirements

• You need Native or near-native fluency in Amharic.
• You need Based in: Ethiopia, Remote.
• You need English proficiency.
• You need Comfortable with digital tools.
• You need Detail-oriented and curious.

• You need The ability to follow complex instructions and apply them consistently across large datasets.
