You are responsible for ensuring that the data we produce is not only accurate but also ethically sound and representative. Your work will involve close collaboration with a distributed team dedicated to advancing the frontiers of natural language processing. Ultimately, you will be a key architect in training models that understand and interact with the world in more human-like ways.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive data collection and sourcing activities to gather high-quality linguistic samples from native speakers.
• Perform rigorous annotation and labeling tasks, applying strict guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy across all datasets.
• Engage in advanced evaluation and validation processes to assess the quality and performance of AI training data.
• Design and implement prompt templates that effectively guide AI models toward generating desired and unbiased responses.
• Execute detailed data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement within existing datasets.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of data quality control metrics and best practices.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate complex requirements into actionable data creation workflows.
• Utilize specialized digital platforms and tools to manage the lifecycle of data from ingestion to delivery.
• Provide feedback based on real-world application to enhance project guidelines and overall data strategy.
• Support the scaling of data operations by optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.
