About the Role
WebFX is seeking an entry-level candidate for our Marketing team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or will soon have one!), a track record of strong academics, and is excited about all things marketing and client relationship-building. Related experience is awesome to have, but never required - we'll train you on everything you need to know. You will serve as the primary liaison between data insights and client strategy, ensuring that every recommendation is backed by clear evidence. In this role, you will translate complex analytics into actionable steps that drive measurable growth for our clients. You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and marketing specialists to refine your approach and contribute to team success. This position offers a structured environment where your learning curve will be supported through hands-on application. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy in every interaction.
Key facts
What you'll do
Analyze campaign performance data within Google Analytics and RevenueCloudFX platforms to identify trends and anomalies.
Interpret web analytics, demographic data, market research, and buyer behaviors to update strategies based on findings.
Prepare monthly reports that clearly communicate performance metrics and insights to clients in a professional format.
Conduct industry research such as competitor analysis and keyword research to uncover opportunities for strategic advantage.
Perform A/B, website usability, and conversion rate testing to determine what works best for your client.
Manage the planning and execution of CRO projects, and recommend CRO best practices for clients based on test outcomes.
Build and manage PPC (think Google Ads!) campaigns and work to achieve positive results for clients through careful optimization.
Create and execute data-driven SEO strategies and optimizations for your clients to improve their organic visibility.
Plan content strategy and build outlines for our team of copywriters to ensure alignment with client goals and SEO requirements.
Perform light editing in the backend of client websites to correct errors and implement content updates as needed.
Serve as the direct point of contact for a dedicated list of clients, providing them with industry advice and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
Build long-lasting relationships with your clients based on trust and rapport, and work to maintain our world-class retention rate.
Manage the planning and execution of CRO projects, ensuring that all recommendations are tested and validated effectively.
Utilize digital marketing tools and technical skills such as Excel/Google Suite and Google Analytics to support daily tasks.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights gained from data analysis and testing results.
Requirements
You have earned, or are actively pursuing, a Bachelor's Degree in any field of study.
You possess a GPA of 3.4 or above, demonstrating strong academic performance throughout your studies.
Upcoming grads are encouraged to apply, as we interview and hire up to a year in advance of graduation.
You have prior experience working in any capacity, such as a part-time job, summer job, internship, or similar role.
You exhibit strong verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
