- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent Waystone and foster new business opportunities.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into Waystone's services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials that effectively communicate Waystone's value proposition to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management or client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other financial tools to manage client data and interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it in a clear and concise manner.

- Familiarity with portfolio management software and reporting tools.
