We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our land development projects, guiding assignments from initial concept to successful completion. In this capacity, you will steer internal and external teams, ensuring that every project achieves financial success and operational excellence. You will be the primary liaison for our clients, providing leadership and exceptional service that protects our reputation and strengthens client relationships. Position Details
This position is based in Denver, Colorado. It is a full-time role offering a competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $170,000. The successful candidate will hold a valid license to practice architecture or engineering in the relevant jurisdictions for our project locations.
Core Responsibilities
You will own the entire lifecycle of land development projects, transforming initial sketches into approved outcomes. Your guidance will be essential as teams navigate complex requirements and deadlines. You will translate intricate client needs into clear, actionable plans that safeguard profit margins and uphold our standing. Specific duties include conducting intake sessions to define project scope and secure alignment before work commences. You will develop detailed build plans that organize tasks for design teams and streamline the approval process. Leading consistency and accuracy reviews of drawings, reports, and contracts will be a regular part of your role. You will also coordinate all preparations for project delivery, ensuring documents, permits, and handoff materials are complete and organized. Establishing and managing partner agreements with consultants will be critical to maintaining shared standards and timely collaboration. You will institute intake routines that capture vital information, confirm expectations, and set realistic schedules early in each project. During execution, you will monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust sequences to keep projects on track. Finally, you will create review documentation that meets client expectations, internal quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a license to practice architecture or engineering in relevant locations. A minimum of three to five years of experience managing land development projects from start to finish is required. You must demonstrate the ability to handle budget oversight, scheduling demands, and client communications concurrently on complex assignments. Experience coordinating the production of contract documents is essential. You must ensure that all drawings, notes, and specifications adhere to established standards. Serving as the main client contact, you will present project updates, resolve inquiries, and protect financial outcomes.
