- Maintain ongoing communication with existing affiliates to foster strong relationships and provide support in optimizing their campaigns.
- Analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and report findings to senior management.

- Conduct regular training sessions and webinars for affiliates to keep them informed about new products, promotions, and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Videoslots remains competitive in the affiliate marketing space.
- Negotiate commission structures and terms with affiliates to maximize profitability while maintaining healthy partnerships.
- Manage the affiliate budget, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and aligned with the overall marketing budget.

Requirements

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using affiliate tracking software and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create win-win situations for both the company and affiliates.
