Videoslots is seeking a Senior Compliance Coordinator to join its growing team in Tal-Pietà, Pieta. What you'll do
Support the development and implementation of comprehensive compliance policies across the organization.
Monitor ongoing regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on company operations.
Coordinate internal audits to verify that all departments follow established compliance procedures.
Prepare and submit detailed regulatory reports to relevant licensing authorities on schedule.
Investigate potential compliance breaches and document all findings thoroughly for management review.
Deliver training sessions to staff members on compliance requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities and documentation.
Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies as circumstances require.
Assist in the onboarding process for new products and services with compliance checks.
Track and manage compliance deadlines to ensure timely fulfillment of all obligations.
Collaborate with the risk management team to identify areas of operational exposure.
Review vendor and partner agreements for compliance with internal standards and policies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance frameworks and internal controls.
Provide guidance to junior team members on day-to-day compliance activities and procedures.
Ensure all compliance documentation is filed correctly and accessible for internal and external review purposes.
Requirements
Proven experience in a compliance, regulatory, or risk management role within a regulated industry.
Strong understanding of gaming regulations and licensing requirements at the local or international level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports and delivering training.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding work environment.
Attention to detail with the capacity to analyze complex regulatory documents accurately and thoroughly.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of compliance initiatives from start to finish.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters and projects.
Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools and reporting frameworks is considered a strong advantage.
A relevant degree or certification in law, business, or a related discipline is expected.
High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive regulatory and internal information.

Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and Know Your Customer procedures in practice.
Experience working directly with gaming authorities or licensing bodies in a European jurisdiction.
