About the role
You will lead marketing efforts for Verkada's technical partner programs, including certifications, the Premier Services Network, and demo initiatives. This role involves defining go-to-market strategies and operationalizing programs to scale partner engagement and adoption globally. You will own the end-to-end ownership of campaign execution and performance for technical partner initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with sales, product, and partner teams to align messaging and objectives. You will be responsible for developing the narrative and positioning that makes Verkada's technical programs distinct in the market. This role demands a hands-on approach to managing both strategic planning and tactical execution. You will act as the primary marketing leader ensuring the success and expansion of these critical channel initiatives.

- Lead and define the marketing roadmap, strategy, and budget for all Verkada Channel Technical Programs, including certifications, the Premier Services Network, and demo initiatives.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand positioning for partner-facing technical initiatives across all digital touchpoints and external materials.
- Act as the central point of contact for marketing inquiries related to channel programs, serving as the primary liaison between partner teams and marketing operations.
- Own the governance, reporting structures, and ongoing optimization of all technical partner marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and partner teams to gather feedback, align messaging, and ensure program objectives support broader business goals.
- Develop the narrative and positioning that makes Verkada's technical programs distinct and compelling in the competitive channel market.

What you'll do
- Own the marketing roadmap, budget, and strategy for all Channel Technical Programs.
- Develop and maintain brand positioning for partner-facing technical initiatives across all digital touchpoints.
- Execute data-driven demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns to boost certification and program participation.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including email, social media, paid advertising, and events.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to provide recommendations for future growth and optimization.
- Advise senior leadership on strategies to improve partner success and program adoption.
- Orchestrate the deployment of resources and materials for the Premier Services Network.
- Drive the strategy and promotion of certification tracks to ensure technical competency and partner readiness.
- Coordinate the execution of demo programs designed to accelerate partner sales cycles.
- Implement testing frameworks to measure the impact of messaging and creative on partner engagement.
- Collaborate with product teams to gather feedback and insights from partner interactions.
- Maintain governance and reporting structures for all technical marketing initiatives.
- Leverage automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve campaign scalability.

Requirements
- Proven background in B2B marketing with a track record of driving demand and engagement in channel environments.
- Experience executing account-based marketing strategies across digital and outbound channels such as webinars, direct mail, and content syndication.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions, interpret performance metrics, and inform optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high organizational standards and strict attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships across sales, product, and partner teams.
- Must be willing to work onsite five days per week to ensure close collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and campaign tracking.
- Experience with digital marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to manage workflows and engagement.
- Background in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing focused on scalable programs.
