A broad quality engineering background spans design, manufacturing, suppliers, and testing, with experience building or significantly reshaping quality systems instead of only operating mature ones.
You demonstrate strong pattern recognition and judgment under pressure, with comfort working where processes, goals, and constraints are still being defined. Preferred experience includes direct interfacing with regulators or auditors in nuclear or other safety-critical industries and leading or mentoring quality teams through growth.
