You will build the dashboards and reporting infrastructure that allow our finance and cross-functional teams to see the full picture and make fast, confident decisions. Working closely with a small, senior Financial Controlling team, you will own the analytics layer that connects our ERP data with the metrics leadership actually relies on, replacing manual spreadsheet work with automated, scalable reporting. What you'll do

Design and maintain interactive dashboards that clearly visualize financial performance for executive leadership across the company.

Build the reporting infrastructure that securely connects ERP data with actionable business metrics for daily operations.

Replace manual spreadsheet workflows with automated, scalable reporting solutions that serve the needs of the finance team.

Collaborate closely with the senior Financial Controlling team to define key performance indicators and reporting standards.

Transform complex financial datasets into clear, trustworthy visuals that help cross-functional business partners understand the numbers.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all financial reporting outputs and analytical models used by leadership.

Develop ad hoc analyses to support urgent decision making from our senior management when critical issues arise.

Optimize existing data models to improve query performance and significantly reduce load times for all reports.

Document all reporting logic and data transformations for future reference, internal audits, and knowledge sharing purposes.

Present key findings and dashboard updates to stakeholders during regular weekly review meetings to drive alignment.

Integrate multiple disparate data sources into a single unified view for comprehensive financial tracking and oversight.

Monitor reporting pipelines to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or refresh failures before they impact others.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience building financial dashboards and reporting systems using Power BI within a corporate environment.

Strong understanding of ERP systems and how financial data flows through various modules and processes.

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable data models for end users.

Proficiency in DAX and Power Query for advanced data transformation and creating complex calculated measures.

Excellent analytical skills with a approach to data validation, accuracy, and overall data quality.

Proven track record of replacing manual spreadsheet processes with automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency.

Effective communicator who can present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Experience working within a small, senior team environment to deliver high impact analytics and insights.

Knowledge of SQL is highly desirable for querying and managing underlying relational databases efficiently and accurately.

Familiarity with financial controlling processes and key performance indicators in a corporate setting is essential.

Nice to have

Prior experience in the live-streaming or social networking technology industry is a significant plus for this role.

Familiarity with next-gen mobile and web application analytics environments and the challenges they present is valuable.

Background working with global teams across multiple time zones and international regions to deliver consistent results.

Exposure to real-time data processing and streaming analytics platforms for handling large scale data volumes effectively.

Knowledge of data governance best practices and data lineage documentation standards to ensure regulatory compliance.

Practical notes

This role is based in Kyiv and operates on a full-time schedule with the senior Financial Controlling team daily.

You will work directly with the senior Financial Controlling team on a daily basis to shape the analytics layer.
