Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or candidate experience roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for enhancing the candidate experience.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
