Position Overview
The Founding Account Executive holds primary responsibility for the end-to-end sales lifecycle. This encompasses identifying prospective clients and culminating in the signing of agreements with organizations in the mid-market and large enterprise segments. The role serves as the principal link between Turgon's technological capabilities and the strategic objectives of the CIO office. Success requires translating intricate agent-based service models into compelling narratives of business transformation. The position necessitates close collaboration with product, engineering, and research functions to engineer proof-of-concept exercises that demonstrate scalable impact. The focus is on uncovering latent needs and architecting value propositions specific to enterprise modernization.
Key Responsibilities
You will conduct in-depth discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders to identify critical operational challenges and formal decision criteria. The creation of solution narratives will require aligning Turgon's product capabilities with distinct workflow inefficiencies. You will coordinate cross-functional proof-of-concept projects, managing the engagement of engineering, research, and product teams. A core function involves mapping secondary needs within target organizations to uncover expansion opportunities and identify executive-level sponsors. You will formulate integration strategies that ensure seamless incorporation of agentic workflows into established enterprise technology landscapes. The role includes shepherding proposals through stringent security and compliance validations. You will construct multi-quarter strategic roadmaps that articulate the tangible efficiency gains delivered by AI services. also, you will lead renewal discussions, quantifying sustained value and proposing subsequent experimental phases.
Required Qualifications
The candidate must possess a minimum of three years of experience closing enterprise software deals in a comparable capacity. Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of contemporary AI agent frameworks and their application in IT operations is mandatory. An understanding of technical integration methodologies and security assessment protocols within large-scale organizations is essential. The role requires proficiency in navigating complex procurement procedures involving numerous decision-makers.
Compensation and Location
This position is based in San Francisco. It is classified as a full-time employment opportunity. The base compensation range is fixed between one hundred and eighty thousand dollars and two hundred and sixty thousand dollars annually.
What you'll do
- Execute the complete sales cycle for Turgon Ai, transforming initial interest into signed enterprise agreements.
- Drive discovery dialogues with Chief Information Officers and Director-level stakeholders to surface latent infrastructure modernization pain points.
- Architect bespoke value propositions that align Turgon's AI agent stack with specific operational inefficiencies and strategic IT goals.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, research, and product teams.
- Perform detailed mapping of stakeholder ecosystems to identify secondary use cases and secure executive sponsorship within target accounts.
- Develop and deliver compelling narratives that translate complex agent-based workflows into clear business transformation metrics.
- Navigate intricate procurement and security validation processes, ensuring all proposals meet stringent compliance standards.
- Build and maintain multi-quarter strategic roadmaps that clearly quantify efficiency gains and operational impact for enterprise clients.
- Lead executive-level renewal and expansion discussions, demonstrating sustained value and outlining future experimental phases.

Requirements
