What you'll do

• Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to identify engineering solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Design and develop engineering plans and specifications that meet industry standards and client expectations.

• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering consulting or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the field (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar applications).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local and international engineering standards and regulations.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
• Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices and green building standards.
• Previous experience working in a consulting capacity with diverse clients across various industries.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with international clients.

• This position is based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines, and may require occasional travel to client sites.
