You own the ability to work independently and take ownership of your workstreams from inception to resolution. You own exceptional writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills that allow you to advise clients on complex regulatory and operational issues. You own a demonstrated interest in aviation regulations, including a willingness to learn FAA requirements and integrate them into your defense strategy. You own the responsibility to manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Assume full ownership of litigation matters, directing every phase from initial pleadings through trial preparation and execution.

Requirements
