• Proven experience in managing software engineering teams, with a focus on fostering individual and team growth.
• Strong background in collaborating with product management to deliver effective roadmaps in a customer-centric environment.
• Expertise in data-driven product development, particularly in A/B testing and analysis.
• Ability to effectively manage and integrate teams comprising both full-time staff and contractors.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with a knack for influencing senior leaders and aligning their vision with engineering outputs.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and a commitment to incorporating these technologies into engineering practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
