- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of engineering personnel, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for the team.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and retrospectives to encourage open communication and continuous improvement within the team.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to assess team productivity and project success, using insights to drive future initiatives.
- Advocate for best practices in software development and ensure the team adheres to industry standards and company policies.

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing software engineering teams, with a focus on fostering individual and team growth.
- Strong background in collaborating with product management to deliver effective roadmaps in a customer-centric environment.
- Expertise in data-driven product development, particularly in A/B testing and analysis.
- Ability to effectively manage and integrate teams comprising both full-time staff and contractors.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with a knack for influencing senior leaders and aligning their vision with engineering outputs.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and a commitment to incorporating these technologies into engineering practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
