Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day product responsibilities for the mobile CI/CD platform, working closely with engineering leadership and internal teams to improve development workflows and deployment processes.
- Support the weekly mobile app release cycle, ensuring that app deployments to app stores are smooth, reliable, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from internal mobile teams to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the platform and developer experience.
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance platform reliability, including monitoring systems, alerting mechanisms, and incident response processes to minimize downtime and improve stability.
- Enable and support the development of new mobile platform capabilities that serve teams across Core Experience, Customer Growth, and New Business units, leveraging advancements from both iOS and Android ecosystems.
- Prioritize the product backlog in partnership with the Engineering Lead, ensuring that the most impactful features and improvements are delivered in alignment with strategic goals.
- Contribute to short- and medium-term roadmap planning, balancing technical needs, stakeholder requests, and business priorities.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, providing updates on progress, trade-offs, and upcoming initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to quantify developer issues, measure platform health, and demonstrate the impact of improvements through relevant metrics such as build reliability, incident reduction, and deployment success rates.
- Advocate for best practices in platform development and support a culture of continuous improvement within the mobile engineering teams.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment on priorities and shared understanding of platform capabilities and limitations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of internal tools and processes that support mobile engineering teams, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.
Requirements

- Some familiarity with the iOS or Android ecosystems, including understanding of their development and release processes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, developer tooling, or automation frameworks used in mobile app deployment.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role supporting internal platforms or engineering productivity teams.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Exposure to platform reliability engineering or monitoring systems.
- Understanding of technical concepts related to mobile app development, testing, and deployment.
