Senior Solutions Architect
Job description
About the role
Tomorrow.io is seeking a technical leader who bridges the gap between high-level architectural design and hands-on software development. You will work directly with customers in sectors like aviation, energy, and logistics to build AI-driven applications that mitigate weather-related operational risks. In this capacity, you will translate ambiguous business problems into robust technical strategies while ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards. You will act as the primary technical consultant for strategic initiatives, guiding both the vision and the implementation details of complex projects. The role demands a balance of creative architecture and pragmatic execution, ensuring that innovative ideas become tangible products quickly. You will mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction across the Customer Team through code reviews and design discussions. Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that not only solve immediate customer needs but also lay a foundation for future growth and scalability.
