About the role
You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for TodayTix, the flagship consumer app and web experience that connects millions of users with live entertainment. You will define the North Star vision and roadmap for the product, setting the standard for discovery, purchase, and retention in live events. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product hypotheses and measurable outcomes. You will leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype ideas, stress-test assumptions, and accelerate the learning cycle in a fast-paced environment. You will analyze vast datasets to identify user behavior patterns, surface friction points, and prioritize opportunities that drive meaningful impact on key business metrics. You will communicate progress and rationale with clarity, shaping stakeholder alignment through concise narratives and data-backed decisions. You will mentor junior product thinkers and elevate the craftsmanship of the entire product team by modeling rigorous thinking and best practices. You will act as the voice of the customer and the business, ensuring that every initiative moves the needle on engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty.

What you'll do
Define and own the TodayTix product vision and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with the broader TodayTix Group strategy and market opportunities.
Conduct deep user research and synthesize insights from behavioral data to uncover unmet needs, jobs-to-be-done, and moments that matter across the customer journey.
Translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements, success metrics, and experiment designs that de-risk initiatives before significant engineering investment.
Leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping, scenario modeling, and user story generation, enabling faster iteration and more informed decision-making.
Collaborate with engineering and design partners to break down epics into iterative deliverables, balancing speed, quality, and user value.
Establish a rigorous measurement framework, defining North Star metrics, guardrail indicators, and experimental methodologies to evaluate product performance.
Analyze funnel performance and user flows to identify drop-off points, proposing data-informed optimizations that improve conversion and retention.
Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles, ensuring TodayTix experiences are usable and delightful for a broad and diverse audience.
Represent TodayTix in cross-functional discussions, articulating product rationale, trade-offs, and dependencies to stakeholders across the business.
Mentor and elevate junior team members by providing constructive feedback, sharing frameworks, and fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
Partner with marketing and events teams to align product initiatives with campaign strategies, ensuring seamless user experiences from discovery to post-event engagement.
Explore adjacent opportunities in personalization, dynamic pricing, and loyalty programs to deepen user relationships and unlock incremental value.
Maintain a sharp awareness of competitive dynamics and industry trends, translating external signals into actionable product insights and differentiators.
Drive the adoption of product analytics tools, ensuring that data is trustworthy, accessible, and actionable for the entire product organization.
Requirements
Must be located in the greater New York City area and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must hold authorization to work in the United States now and for the duration of employment, with no current or future sponsorship requirements.
Must be able to start within 30 days of receiving an offer.
Must be fluent in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Must have a proven track record of owning product outcomes, not just delivering projects, in a fast-paced consumer environment.
Must be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and rapidly updating views based on new data and feedback.
Must have experience collaborating with engineering teams using Agile methodologies and delivering software products in iterative cycles.
Must be highly analytical, capable of interpreting complex datasets and translating insights into clear product strategies.
Must have a strong sense of ownership, taking full responsibility for the success of assigned product areas and stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience with AI-powered prototyping, experimentation, and analytics tools that can accelerate product validation.
Background in live entertainment, ticketing, or marketplace products, with an understanding of dynamic inventory and event-driven experiences.
Knowledge of TodayTix products and the broader live events ecosystem, including audience behaviors and industry trends.
Experience working with distributed or hybrid teams, balancing asynchronous communication with synchronous collaboration.
Familiarity with theatrical, concert, or cultural event buying patterns, and how they influence user decision journeys.
Practical notes
This role requires collaboration a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to choose where you work for the rest of the week.
