What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with photographers, art directors, and other team members to understand the vision for each project and deliver images that align with brand standards.
• Perform high-quality retouching on a variety of images, including fashion, lifestyle, and product photography, to create visually stunning content.
• advanced techniques in color correction, skin retouching, and background manipulation to enhance the overall aesthetic of images.
• Maintain a consistent style across all images while adapting to specific project requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
• Organize and manage digital assets efficiently, ensuring that all files are properly archived and easily accessible for future use.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photo retouching and editing to continually improve skills and techniques.
• Assist in the development of creative concepts and visual strategies that align with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Provide constructive feedback to junior retouchers and interns, fostering a collaborative and educational environment within the team.
• Ensure that all retouched images are delivered on time and meet the established deadlines for various projects.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights that enhance the overall creative process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to image files or software during the retouching process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in photo retouching or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of retouching skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom, with a deep understanding of image editing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a discerning eye for color, composition, and overall image quality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A solid understanding of photography principles and techniques, including lighting, composition, and color theory.

Nice to have

• Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
