What you'll do

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards. Requirements

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field. You possess a strong understanding of transportation planning principles, including traffic forecasting, network analysis, and multimodal coordination. You have demonstrated experience using planning software and analytical tools, such as travel demand models or geometric design applications. You are proficient in preparing technical reports, design documents, and graphic materials that meet professional standards. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You have a proven track record of mentoring junior staff, providing guidance, support, and professional feedback.
