About the role
The Sales Executive role is the perfect next step for a driven sales professional looking to accelerate their career and take on more complex sales cycles. Building on a foundation of lead generation, you will take increased ownership of the new client acquisition process for Third Bridge. In this role, you will be responsible for converting high-value leads, conducting impactful presentations, and directly driving revenue growth and pipeline development. Move out of setting up deals and into closing! You will actively manage and drive the sales process from initial outreach and qualification through to trial onboarding and deal closure. This position requires the ability to build and manage a robust pipeline by identifying target accounts, researching key stakeholders, and executing tailored outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will lead engaging introductory meetings, deliver compelling value propositions, and conduct live portal demonstrations for prospective clients. A critical component of the role involves overseeing client trial subscriptions, actively monitoring engagement, demonstrating ROI, and negotiating successful transitions to paid annual contracts. Success in this position depends on your ability to partner closely with internal research and account management teams to ensure a seamless client handover and a premium customer experience. You will maintain precise and accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progression, and accurate revenue forecasting within Salesforce.

What you'll do

Maintain precise and accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progression, and accurate revenue forecasting within Salesforce.
Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships through strategic account mapping and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and execute account-based strategies to penetrate target segments and achieve or exceed sales quotas.
Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback from the field and refine messaging based on real-world client interactions and objections.
Utilize data and sales analytics to prioritize prospects, optimize sales activities, and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
Take ownership of post-sale transitions to ensure continuity of service and identify expansion or upsell opportunities.
Communicate market trends and competitor insights back to product and leadership teams to inform strategic decisions.
Regularly update CRM records to reflect the latest conversation outcomes, next steps, and client feedback accurately.
Represent Third Bridge professionally at industry events, virtual webinars, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Demonstrate a consultative sales approach by asking insightful questions and tailoring solutions to address specific client business challenges.
Requirements
1-2 years of proven success in a B2B sales, Business Development (BDR/SDR), or sales support role, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
A consultative sales approach with the ability to confidently navigate objections, build rapport with decision-makers, and drive urgency in the sales cycle.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and modern sales engagement tools.
A highly self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage your time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is required for this position.
Candidates must be legally authorized to accept employment in the United States under the conditions of the visa under which they are currently admitted.
