Commercial Training Manager
Job description
About the role
This Commercial Training Manager position places you at the center of commercial excellence for the Asia region, where you will own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs that drive measurable behavioral change in selling teams. You will be responsible for translating complex commercial strategies into practical learning journeys that equip sales professionals to research accounts, run effective demos, and navigate objections with confidence. The role requires you to act as a commercial training owner, ensuring that enablement content, playbooks, and sales collateral are not only created but rigorously maintained to reflect evolving product positioning and market priorities. You will partner directly with Commercial Leadership to integrate AI adoption into sales workflows and enablement platforms, ensuring that new tools are embedded seamlessly into daily selling activities. A core part of your ownership will be to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using qualitative feedback and behavioral indicators, working alongside Commercial Analytics to translate insights into practical improvements that lift performance. You will develop and manage competency frameworks and accreditation models that inform coaching requirements and guide individuals toward observable, improved selling behaviors. Success in this role is defined by your ability to drive adoption across diverse Asian markets, ensuring that training programs are relevant and impactful within complex B2B and SaaS environments. This is a hands-on role that demands discipline, strategic thinking, and a commitment to aligning learning outcomes with clear commercial objectives.
