About the role
You own the end-to-end execution of procurement and supplier management activities for the Asia region, ensuring all processes adhere to Third Bridge standards. You will compile and maintain procurement documentation to support requests for quotes and proposals across internal teams. You are responsible for maintaining accurate supplier and contract records on platforms such as Vendr, ensuring product details and compliance materials are current and accessible. You will raise purchase orders and maintain transaction records to support timely and accurate payments to vendors. You will implement global procurement workflows in the Asia/local region, focusing on the localization of documentation and technical specifications as required. You will support the preparation of requests for quotes and requests for proposals, gathering necessary documentation and preparing materials under guidance. You will gather and prepare data and documents as directed by senior team members to facilitate informed decision-making on procurement initiatives. You will review Asia spend profiles and contribute to data collection and basic analysis to optimize costs and improve efficiency. You will build trusted relationships with business stakeholders across Asia, challenging requirements appropriately to reduce unnecessary spend and improve outcomes.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required.
You have 20 or more years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field.
You have a basic understanding of procurement principles and a strong interest in supply chain management.
You are proficient in English and Chinese, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
You demonstrate a professional demeanor when coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
You can handle administrative multi-tasking and prioritize support duties effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You maintain a high level of accuracy for records, orders, and compliance documentation.
