Key facts
What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workflow challenges and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Provide technical support for software applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution to enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to software workflows, including user guides, process maps, and training materials.
- Assist in the design and implementation of automated solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across various departments.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to promote the effective use of software tools and automation techniques.
- Monitor software performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the development team to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements to existing software products.
- Participate in project management activities, ensuring that automation initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to workflow automation and software support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software support, workflow optimization, or automation roles.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools, including familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automation tools and platforms, such as Zapier, UiPath, or similar technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to challenges.
