Full Stack Software Engineer
Job description
About the role
Teraswitch engineers are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the high-performance infrastructure services that power critical workloads globally. This role focuses on owning the systems behind the customer portal and APIs, ensuring they meet stringent reliability and security standards. You will partner closely with Infrastructure, Operations, Support, and other internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that scale. The position requires a backend-first mindset with the flexibility to contribute across the entire stack, including front-end user experiences. Success in this role means taking strong ownership, exercising good judgment, and following through on complex problems from discovery to resolution. You will be expected to improve systems over time by identifying inefficiencies and driving practical enhancements. Collaboration is central, and you will engage with production issues when needed to support reliability and customer impact resolution.
