These are the Automotive Retail Cloud for retailers, the Automotive Enterprise Cloud for manufacturers, and the Automotive Partner Cloud for technology collaborators. This structure connects manufacturers, dealers, and consumers through a unified interface. The platform relies on data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation to deliver service experiences.
This position focuses on sustaining the integrity and performance of that platform. The role supports the technological backbone required for retail operations. Your work will involve detailed examination of logs, database queries, and system behavior. You will identify underlying reasons for errors and implement lasting corrective actions. You will lead initiatives to automate recurring support tasks. These efforts will target faster resolution times and higher service standards.
You will maintain technical documents, operational guides, and procedural runbooks. These materials must remain current and useful for the support team. You will assist in testing and launching new platform features and updates. This involves monitoring system behavior after deployment. You will work alongside DevOps and infrastructure colleagues. Together, you will review application performance metrics and seek improvements.
You will act as a technical resource for other support staff. You will provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced engineers. You will review incident data to identify trends. You will then develop long term plans that address recurring issues. Each plan will include specific metrics to gauge success.
