What you'll do
Core Accounting & Close
The general ledger is maintained through journal entries and reconciliations to support accurate monthly close. Supervision of accounting professionals, managers and associates ensures organized and efficient workflows. Financial statements are prepared accurately and on time to inform decision-making for stakeholders. Internal controls and accounting procedures are implemented and refined to reduce organizational risk.
Project Accounting & Operational Support
Cash Flow & Working Capital
Billing cycles and cash conversion are improved to accelerate receivables and strengthen working capital.
Asset-Based Lending & Financial Reporting
Borrowing base certificates and supporting documentation are prepared and maintained to满足 lending requirements. Lender reporting requirements and compliance tracking are handled to meet obligations and deadlines. Financial reporting packages for senior leadership are compiled with accurate and timely data.
Reporting & Analysis
SOPs and scalable workflows are developed to standardize operations across teams.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required for this position. 5-10+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance is required for this role. Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) is required for engagements with public agencies. Experience in AEC, engineering, or construction services is strongly preferred for context and efficiency. Experience with ERP systems (Deltek preferred) and strong Excel skills are required to manage workflows. The ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in a growing environment is required to adapt to changing priorities.
