What you'll do

• Collaborate with senior mentors to develop and refine educational materials focused on AI concepts and applications.
• Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions with learners to assess their understanding and provide personalized guidance.
• Facilitate group workshops and training sessions that cover various AI topics, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analysis.
• Assist in the creation of online resources, such as tutorials and webinars, to enhance the learning experience for remote participants.
• Evaluate the progress of mentees through assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI to ensure that the mentoring content remains relevant and impactful.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive community where learners feel comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote mentoring programs and attract new participants interested in AI education.

Requirements

• A degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with AI technologies or in a teaching/mentoring capacity.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or R.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a mentoring or coaching role, particularly in the tech or education sectors.
