What you'll do
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop early-stage hiring strategies for critical technical positions, aligning needs with business objectives.
Run sharp intakes to define must-haves, nice-to-haves, and realistic timelines, translating vague requests into clear hiring briefs.
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, events, and targeted outreach to build a diverse pipeline.

Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress through the funnel, resurface existing talent, and keep consistently clean data for accurate reporting.

Strengthen employer branding through consistent candidate experience and market feedback, shaping perceptions of Sytac in the market.
Break down complex searches into clear plans, diagnosing bottlenecks and proposing solutions proactively to keep roles moving.
Manage multiple searches with structure and discipline, balancing high volume while maintaining attention to detail and predictable execution.
Evaluate candidates against objective criteria, balancing technical aptitude, cultural fit, and stakeholder expectations during selection.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide updates, manage expectations, and adjust strategies as requirements evolve.
Maintain a strong network within the Dutch tech community, continuously engaging potential candidates and partners for future needs.

Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency, with a strong track record of delivering hires.
A strong mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience is preferred, providing a versatile perspective on hiring challenges.
Proven success in recruiting Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers, and other related technical roles within the tech sector.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage the recruiting process efficiently and accurately.
Operate as a business partner, using market insights and data to guide stakeholders toward better, faster hiring decisions and strategic alignment.
Break down complex searches into clear actionable plans, diagnosing bottlenecks and proposing solutions proactively to avoid delays.
Manage multiple concurrent searches with structure and organization, balancing high volume while preserving attention to detail and quality.
Ability to balance candidate expectations with business needs, delivering results in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
Strong communication in English is essential, with Dutch being a plus, and residency in the Netherlands required with no sponsorship available for this role.
