What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for both B2C and B2B environments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze complex financial data to extract meaningful insights and build robust financial models that support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
- Partner directly with Operations, Product, Growth, and executive teams to align financial strategy with business objectives and operational plans.
- Design and implement improved systems for payroll processing, managing the end-to-end run including domestic and international payments through platforms such as Deel.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current financial procedures and spearhead the implementation of better systems for timely payments and collections.
- Own the management and enhancement of accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows within a combined B2C and B2B setting to optimize cash flow.
- Drive the development of financial tools and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to forecast revenue and expenses with precision, supporting budgeting and resource allocation.
- Establish controls and frameworks to ensure financial data integrity, compliance, and transparency across all operations.
- Act as the central point for financial process improvements, leading initiatives that increase automation and reduce manual effort.
